Due to our locations in rural Texas, most of our shipments will be via the United States Postal Service (USPS), but we may ship other ways. In stock orders ship in 1 to 2 business days. Each item will note their inventory status, but it's always possible that the stock is damaged or lost. In the event that an item needs to be ordered for you, we will email you with an estimated ship date and provide you the option to cancel at no charge if that doesn't work for your schedule.

For all other orders, to make it simple for you to know your shipping we offer flat rate shipping anywhere in the continental 48 states plus District of Columbia. If you are not in that area you may request a custom shipping quote.
Orders $1 to $24.99 ship for $4.99
Orders $25 to $74.99 ship for $9.99

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to send it back to us. The date is based on the day you receive the item and the day you send it back to us (based on tracking or postmark information).
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
