Dropshipping means products are shipped straight to the customer from the manufacturer or distributor and never come to our store.

We show the pictures and the details of the product on our website for you to purchase securely from us. Once your order is confirmed it is automatically routed to the company that makes the product and then they ship it directly to you.

We are a small, family-owned business in West Texas with limited storage and display space so we choose to stock some items in our store so our local customers can purchase them directly. There are lots of other products we'd love to offer, but simply don't have the space, so we work with these manufacturers to allow us to show them on our website and have them sent straight to our customers.

We take pride in making sure every item on our website is up to our standards of quality, functionality and beauty. For dropshipped items we order samples that arrive at our store so that we can try them on, inspect them, and photograph them so you know (and we know) the information provided is accurate.

That said, items that ship never come to us, so if there is an unexpected quality issue, we always stand by those products and will help make it right.

No, we never share your credit card information. In fact anything you order on our site is so encrypted we can't even see it! :) You will pay us and once they ship the item they will bill us.

It depends a little on the company shipping the item. In your package return instructions will be included just in case.
